Scan Manager for RICOH ("the extension") is developed by Phạm Hữu Hải (contact: huuhaixd@gmail.com). The extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ricoh Company, Ltd.

What the extension does

It connects only to RICOH devices on your local network (LAN) that you add and allow yourself, to list, download (PDF/PDF-A) and delete scanned documents stored on the device's Document Server.

Data processed only on your computer

• Device addresses, settings, language, theme and font preferences — stored in Chrome local storage.
• Scanned documents — transferred directly from your RICOH device to your computer. They are never sent to the author or any third party.
• A random Device ID (16 hexadecimal characters) generated at installation, used only to bind a Pro license to your computer.

Data sent to the author's license server

Only when you activate Pro with a purchase key or buy through VietQR, the extension sends: the purchase key, the e-mail address you enter, the Device ID, the extension version and the interface language. Purpose: validating the license, limiting the number of devices per key and e-mailing your key. The data is stored in a private Google Sheet owned by the author. Passwords are never collected.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (international) or payOS (Vietnam). The author receives your e-mail address and order details from them, never your card or bank credentials.

What we do NOT do

• No browsing history and no content of other websites are collected.
• No data is sold, shared for advertising, or used for purposes unrelated to the extension.
• No remote code is loaded.

Your choices

You can remove the license from a computer at any time (⭐ Pro → Remove license), revoke device access in Settings, or ask us to delete your activation records by e-mailing huuhaixd@gmail.com.

Tiện ích làm gì

Tiện ích chỉ kết nối tới máy RICOH trong mạng nội bộ (LAN) do bạn tự thêm và cho phép. Mục đích: liệt kê, tải (PDF/PDF-A) và xóa file scan trên Document Server của máy.

Dữ liệu chỉ xử lý trên máy tính của bạn

• Địa chỉ máy, cài đặt, ngôn ngữ, màu sắc, phông chữ — lưu trong bộ nhớ cục bộ của Chrome.
• File scan — đi thẳng từ máy RICOH về máy tính của bạn, không gửi cho tác giả hay bên thứ ba.
• Mã máy ngẫu nhiên (16 ký tự) tạo khi cài đặt, chỉ dùng để gắn bản quyền Pro với máy tính.

Dữ liệu gửi tới máy chủ bản quyền

Chỉ khi bạn kích hoạt Pro bằng mã mua hàng hoặc mua qua VietQR, tiện ích mới gửi đi: mã mua hàng, email bạn nhập, Mã máy, phiên bản, ngôn ngữ. Mục đích: xác thực bản quyền, giới hạn số máy cho mỗi mã, gửi mã qua email. Dữ liệu được lưu trong Google Sheet riêng của tác giả. Không thu thập mật khẩu.

Thanh toán

Thanh toán qua Lemon Squeezy (quốc tế) hoặc payOS (Việt Nam). Tác giả chỉ nhận email và thông tin đơn hàng, không bao giờ nhận thông tin thẻ hay tài khoản ngân hàng.

Chúng tôi KHÔNG

• Thu thập lịch sử duyệt web hay nội dung trang web khác.
• Bán, chia sẻ dữ liệu cho quảng cáo hoặc dùng vào mục đích khác.
• Tải mã từ xa.

Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể gỡ bản quyền khỏi máy (⭐ Pro → Gỡ bản quyền), thu hồi quyền truy cập máy trong Cài đặt, hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu kích hoạt qua huuhaixd@gmail.com.
